I wanted to share an experience I had last weekend, thanks to my INTEGRITY website. About a month ago I was invited to represent my practice at a pampered ladies event. The ladies' "admission" to the event was covered by bringing a pair of pajamas to be donated to foster kids. I did not have to pay anything to be part of this, and I would be able to share chiropractic with my favorite potential patient group--women, mostly moms of young kids! So I got to the event on Saturday and the event coordinator told me why she picked our office out of all the area chiropractors--she liked my website! So kudos to Integrity Management! I love how you do things with excellence, and help portray that my office also is a place that pursues excellence and quality customer service!

I recently did an acupuncture new patient call (I personally call all my new patients the night before their first visit to ‘welcome them to my practice’). Anyway, I asked her how she was referred. She said she wasn’t, she found us on the internet after searching for somebody who she thought looked professional and trustworthy. She said our site did just that! She called her husband deployed in Iraq, he looked up our INTEGRITY website and said Yes! Go to them! Then she called for an appointment and got 5 star treatment from Margie. Here’s the kicker, she lives 50 miles away and will probably pass up 15 competent acupuncturists on the way to our office. But, she feels like she is going to the right place!
