I’ve ordered the website, what happens now?
Once your ordered is processed you will be prompted to download the written instructions on how to get your site going. First you will need to fill out the form on either the "Get Started" button on the top of this page or the "Start My Website" button on the left hand side of the home page to fill out the office questionnaire. Then you can download the Step 2 instructions to learn about the information that you will need to mail into us on a CD. Once we have your submitted form and your CD, we will take it from there!
Where can I see a demo of the website?
To view a demo of the website click on the "Template Demos" button in the main menu bar above to choose your template. Once you are viewing the template you will find a tab at the top of the page that says "Select Style." When you click on this button a menu will drop down allowing you to see all of the different styling options for the template. Click on any of the styles to see them in action. You may also learn about our web service features by clicking on the "Features" tab above.
Why am I locked out of certain pages?
If you are seeing a lock next to your content items and it doesn't allow you to open them again, this is caused by leaving a page by using your browsers back button. When leaving a Static page or module, you must either click the "Save" or "Cancel" button regardless if any changes have been made. To unlock the pages, highlight "System" at the top and click on "Global Check In." An example of this is seen in the picture below.
What is needed to start my website?
To create your site we need you to fill out our information form in the "Start My Website" link found on the left hand side of this page under the Getting Started section. Once you have filled out the form completely and submitted it, we will need you to send in a CD with all of your pictures, forms, text, and instructions to our main office at: Integrity Management, ATTN: ChiropracticDesigns.com 8135 South 15 St Suite C, Lincoln, NE 68512
What type of pictures do I need for my new website?
We have provided a picture requirement form both when you order the package in the DOCUMENTATION section of this site on the right hand side of this page. We require a minimum of 30 different pictures for production to begin and no more than 50. All pictures sent are considered approved by the Doctor and Integrity Management and/or ChiropracticDesigns.com are not to be held responsible if the Doctor later feels that the picture quality is not suitable.
Where do I send my pictures?
All pictures must be submitted on a CD and mailed to our home office of Integrity Management, ATTN: ChiropracticDesigns.com 8135 South 15 St Suite C, Lincoln, NE 68512
When will my website be completed?
Web sites generally take around two to four weeks from the time that all information has been received to begin processing. Certain times such as the weeks of Christmas, New Years, Easter, July Fourth, Thanksgiving, Top Flights, and the two weeks leading up to the start of a new set of Integrity conferences are not counted within those projected weeks
Can I host my own web site?
We do not allow any of our sites to be published outside of our Integrity Servers. Due to our copyrighted content we cannot allow our sites to be published outside of our control. We consider hosting a no cost addition to your web service. However, we do allow the ability to point our servers to your site so that it can appear this way and not mess with your current domain or emails. By choosing this option you are responsible for the upkeep and renewal of the domain name.
How long am I obligated to have a ChiropracticDesigns.com website?
ChiropracticDesigns.com currently does not have a contracted length of time for its service. The web service can be cancelled at any time and the domain name can be released as long as the accounting department notifies us that your account is paid in full and current. Once we are ready to release the domain, processing will take about a week to complete and we will send you a username and password to login to your account. At this time all information on the website will be deleted. Once you take your website somewhere else, you will retain all ownership to your domain name and any information (i.e. pictures, text) that you originally provided. The actual website, template, and all pages, artwork and text provided by ChiropracticDesigns.com is copyrighted and cannot be transfered or used on another site. To cancel your service you will need to call our home office and arrange a product consultation teleconference with ChiropracticDesigns.com Director Ryan Maule and your consultant. What if I already have a web site?
If you already have a website then you will need to contact your current site administrator and have them transfer the site to your control. This may require purchasing web space online temporarily. While you are transferring your site we will be happy to provide you with an alternate domain name of your choice to start with so that you can begin with your new website! It's important to note that we cannot begin the website production process without a domain name.
Do I get to preview my site?
ChiropracticDesigns.com does not provide a preview process with its basic setup. Once we have all of your information including your online form, domain name, and pictures, we will create your entire site. When the site is finished you will be contacted and given all the necessary instructions for making changes to your new website. All of these necessary tools including our extensive online video tutorials can be found on this site.
Can I update the site on my own?
Currently our web servicee allows all offices to edit their sites themselves. For expansive update assistance from our ChiropracticDesigns.com Web Team there is a $75 per hour for fee.
Are there things that can’t be changed on my web site?
ChiropracticDesigns.com does not create custom web sites for any web client. With this in mind, we do not allow any changes made to any pictures, content, or actual templates within your web site. ChiropracticDesigns.com reserves the right to decline changes if they are determined to be beyond normal web updates. All Integrity content including the Kids Area, Chiropractic Gaming Zone, Artwork, Five Star Logos, Symptom Search, and Virtual iSpine are all examples or items that cannot be changed, altered, or transfered due to copyright laws.
ChiropracticDesigns.com also provides web update assistance for a charge of $75 per hour. This service is only necessary for offices that have a hard time updating advanced options of the website like the rotating picture banner or if an error occurs that requires rebuilding of the site.
Can we update the virtual tour?
For clients with our older templates that include the Contemporary and Classic templates, we no longer support updating the virtual tours on the home page. This is due to a software conflict that no longer works with these older sites.
All new sites can still update their picture banners that provide virtual tours and set up their interactive photo galleries. This change only applies to the older discontinued sites.For instructions on editing the top banner photographs please refer to the Client Services area.
What type of search engine guarantee do we offer?
ChiropracitcDesigns.com optimization includes submission to the major search engines such as Google and AOL. ChiropracticDesigns.com does not guarantee top placement and has no control over search engine companies. ChiropracticDesigns.com recommends Facebook Pay Per Click for further search engine marketing.
Can I add video to my site?
Yes, video can be added to your site via an encrypted link from YouTube, Vimeo, and other such companies that provide an embed code. This way you get a video on your site and at the same time are advertising your office with a video on both YouTube and Google. Follow the instructions given by both YouTube and Google Videos to "Copy and Paste" the HTML code into the page of your site.

What sort of items can I send in to help build my site?
We can add a wide assortment of items if you provide them to us. All text must be submitted in Word document form and all pictures must be submitted as a JPEG. Otherwise if you have any other files such as calendars, maps, coupons, etc, that have been created via Microsoft Word, Adobe, or any other ChiropracticDesigns.com approved program. All items sent are subject to international copyright laws and any item thought to break these laws may be denied publishing by Integrity Management/ChiropracticDesigns.com.
How many updates can I send each month?
The ChiropracticDesigns.com Web Service allows your office to update your own website for free. Assistance may be purchased at the rate of $75 per hour for us to help with large updates. Otherwise, please use the Customer Support button for all of your website questions.
